A Year of Impact: Reflecting on Our Achievements Together

At STEP, we are proud to share our Year of Impact video, highlighting the achievements, progress and positive difference made across our schools, communities and wider network over the past year.

This short film celebrates the dedication of our staff, pupils, families and partners, whose collective efforts continue to make a lasting impact on the lives of young people. From educational successes and personal development opportunities to community engagement and wellbeing initiatives, the video showcases some of the many moments that have shaped our year.

As we look back, we are reminded of the power of collaboration, ambition and a shared commitment to helping every child thrive. The accomplishments featured in the video reflect the passion and hard work that takes place across STEP every day.

We would like to thank everyone who has contributed to our journey and helped make this another successful year. We look forward to building on these achievements and creating even more opportunities for our pupils in the years ahead.

You are invited to our STEP Autumn term Early Career Teacher drop-in session with Lesley Holmes (STEP AB / ECF Strategic Lead) next week on Wednesday 12^th November from 3.30 – 4.30pm.  You should have already received your Teams invite but if not, the link to join is below.  Although this session is not compulsory, it is an excellent opportunity to meet with Lesley informally and discuss any issues or ask any important questions you may have which have not yet been answered.

FAO STEP Induction Tutors and Mentors:

You are invited to our STEP Autumn term Induction Tutor / Mentor drop-in session with Lesley Holmes (STEP AB / ECF Strategic Lead) taking place next week on Thursday 13^th November from 3.30 – 4.30pm.  You should have already received your Teams invite but if not, the link to join is below.  Although this session is not compulsory, it is an excellent opportunity to meet with Lesley informally and discuss any issues or ask any important questions you may have which have not yet been answered.  The session will also particularly focus on Mentors who are training with one Lead Provider but supporting an ECT training with another.
