STEP is proud to continue its collaboration with two exceptional lead providers—Best Practice Network and UCL Institute of Education—who have both been judged Outstanding by Ofsted over the summer.
These ratings reaffirm the high standards of delivery and support offered through the Early Career Framework (ECF) and Early Career Teacher Extension (ECTE) programmes. As lead providers, Best Practice Network and UCL Institute of Education play a vital role in shaping the professional development of Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and their mentors across the country.
STEP is delighted to work alongside both organisations to ensure that new teachers receive the highest quality training and support during the crucial early stages of their careers.
“We are thrilled to see our partners recognised once again for their excellence. These Ofsted outcomes reflect the dedication and impact of their work, and we look forward to continuing our joint efforts to support ECTs and mentors,” said a STEP spokesperson.
