Our National Professional Qualifications have been launched

Our National Professional Qualifications have been launched, marking a significant milestone in professional development for educators across Shropshire and Telford. We are excited to begin a leadership journey with many local colleagues, from teachers to CEOs. Our NPQs empower teachers and school leaders with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to excel in their roles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within schools. The feedback has been very positive, and already our leaders are taking new learning into their workplaces to ensure a real impact on school improvement and to make a difference for our Children and Young People.
